How were you introduced to skateboarding? What got you started?
Saw the X-Games on TV. Got bored, tried it out and here I am now 5 years later.
What was your first set up?
Some NASH board from Wal-Mart.
What are the Skirtboarders and how did you get hooked up with them?
The Skirtboarders are just a bunch of girls, mainly from Montreal, but also all over Canada that just ride together. I met them through Rugged Riders owners Tiff and Elysha. A bunch of rad bitches.
What is the best and worst thing about your hometown?
A lot of parks to kick it in. HA!
Besides skateboarding, what do you like to do in your spare time?
Kick it, drink coffee, smoke, barbecues and dance parties.
Top 5 skateboarders of all time? I don't really have a top five ...skate fast and hard and have fun ...that's what makes it rad ...like Buzenits.
Top 5 skate videos of all time?
Mouse, Baker 3, Cliche Bon Appetit, Fully Flared...that's all I can think of.
Favorite new trick or trick you want to learn?
Been thinking about too many tricks right now ...that flip in flip out shit ...I'll try and learn them in a year.
Do you prefer to skate with guys or girls?
Doesn't matter ...all the hommies now, a good vibe, music, green and some brews is what it's about.
Describe your dream session.
All of my friends from all over just skating one mellow spot, having fun and being stupid.
What kind of music have you been listening to lately?
M.I.A., Girl Talk, MGMT, Kid Cudi, The Pixies, Heart ...a bit of everything .
What is something most people don't know about you?
I'm secretly Tupac Shakur inside ...I like hip hop way too much apparently ...oh and Mariah Carey is dope. HA!
What do you have planned for this year?
Rehab ...getting my knee good after surgery (tore ACL) so I can skate next summer.
Shout outs and thanks?
Eric at Top, Elysha and Tiff and Rugged Riders, Mathilde at Skirtboarders, Mike at Ultimate, Lisa for being rad and reaching out to girl skaters, bitchtits overseas and anyone who's down to shred and burn ... give'r.
