From 11am until 3pm, Girls Riders Organization will have girls at the park riding and teaching free workshops for skateboarding and roller derby. If you don’t own a skateboard, no problem. We have some there for you to use, as well as the pads and helmets. If you want to ride derby, you need your own skates! Other than that, just wear good tennis shoes or skate shoes and come join us. All skill levels and ages are welcome. At 3pm, registration and practice for the ladies only gro Am street contest will start and the contest will kick off at 4pm.
