Board Sports Workout
This is Bryce Wettstein's Strength, Core & Balance training she does to keep conditioned for surfing & skateboarding. She does this workout 1 to 2 days per week in between surfing & skateboarding sessions, along with dance class & gymnastics. She does 2 sets of each exercise you see here, AFTER a proper WARM-UP, under her trainer's supervision. She also does some light jogging & calesthenics. This workout will build strength, joint-integrity, dynamic balance improvement & core strength & stability.
