Mimi Knoop and Amy Caron just got back from a weekend in Houston, Texas for the Babes on Board
girls skate event.  The word is the event was a big success and tons of girls showed up.  Hopefully we
will see more of these events popping up!

Swedish skateboarder Sarah Meurle caught our attention last month with her Bellows Skateboards
welcome video, so we wanted to learn more about her.  She took some time out of her Brazilian vacation

Skate Like a Girl is teaming up with Chica Rider and Poseiden to be part of a weekend filled with Latina
Americana skateboarding.  Nancy and Erica from SLAG will be headed down to do clinics April 3rd-4th in
Mexico City.  More information to come!

Skate Like a Girl San Francisco is heading up a zine project!  Check it out!

We are looking for submissions for SLAG San Francisco's first ever issue of Hate On This (H.O.T.) will
be due April 1st!  Send in your pictures, stories, etc.  This is a unique zine brought to you by female
skateboarders.  We are accepting submissions world wide.

Following on from the success or their “Mega Mission Tour” video, Rogue Skateboards will be releasing 
their first full length film ‘As If You What’ in December 2009.

The five current Rogue riders: Maria Falbo, Jenna Selby, Helena Long, Georgina Winter and Fran Stroud 
are being joined by previous team riders Lucy Adams, Laura Goh (Crane) and Sadie Hollins. Vans’s Lois 
Pendlebury will be making the nine complete. 

The final video will have separate riders sections plus various “friends” montages and a showcase from 
the UKs most influential female skater – Sue Hazel – who has submitted footage from over 3 decades.
